We are pleased to announce that UoB Manchester has now secured ACCA exemption accreditation for our Accounting and Finance programmes.
This means that eligible graduates may receive up to nine exemptions from the ACCA Qualification at the Applied Knowledge and Applied Skills levels, depending on the modules completed during their degree.
This accreditation recognises the strong alignment between UoB Manchster’s curriculum and ACCA’s global professional standards in accountancy, finance, and business practice.
What this means for students:
- A more streamlined pathway towards becoming a qualified professional accountant
- The ability to enter ACCA studies at a more advanced stage (subject to eligibility)
- Confidence that your degree is professionally recognised by one of the world’s leading accountancy bodies

Please note: Exemptions are awarded individually by ACCA and are based on your completed modules and grades at the point of ACCA registration.
